I'm still not happy with ChatGPT being used but the issue was not as
serious as originally described.

And certainly not as serious as the White House health report which was released the other day with fictitious references, false claims about what was in actual papers, and a variety of other problems indicative of AI hallucinations.
The White House described them as "formatting errors".
