And Disney does not really give credit to the sources... so many people todayI put more of the blame on commentators who have no sense of history. I didn't like what Disney did with the remake of Snow White, but I kept objecting to the claims that they had changed "the original," meaning the Disney animated version. My complaint about the movie is that they were pulling in two directions at once, as if they were simultaneously trying to do a remake and put a new take on the story.
think Cinderella was originally a Disney story. That is another layer of
shame.
