again, UNCLE is close enough to SF that I
hope you'll be kind and gentle with me:

Napolean and Illya are trying to locate
a (I likely have the locations wrong... so
using them as examples..)
  .. locate an Eastern European sailor who's
hiding out in South Africa (again, I probably
have the areas wrong..)
So one of the duo says there are restaurants seving
his food near the harbor so that would be a good
plave to start looking.  The other says that's exactly
why he wouldn't hang out there.  This goes back and
forth a few times.
IIRC they notice there's a movie theater showing
films from the guy's homeland and that's where
they find him.
Anyone recall?  Thanks
