The Aurora Awards are Canada's annual English-language Science Fiction

finalists are at the other end of the link, because fixing the formatting
for here took too long.

Thank you for taking the time to post these followups.

Repeatedly reading and reviewing at a fast clip is beyond me. My mind
moves too slow. Slower than a Texas tortoise. It always automatically
aspires to associate the appearance of objects (occasionally occult)
"in story."
Besides editorial appeasement, James excels at playing the part of
the short order cook - dishing hot takes and fresh bon mots each day.
Although others "in group" share this superpower, only James
consistently does it day in and day out.
Thank you!
The catch is, I only have two speeds: not reading at all or reading
at that pace. Which, come to think of it, is also true of my walking
speed: either I am stationary or moving forward at five or six km
per hour. Inconvenient if I am with someone.
