What to do after you've won isn't the whole of _Glory Road_, but (to me,
at least) it's the most significant part. Certainly the first time that
I ever saw the question raised.
Your description of _Fuzzy Sapiens_, which I've read twice but don't
seem to remember anything about, brought to mind another Heinlein. A
significant point in _The Moon is a Harsh Mistress_ is its denouement,
in which a bunch of successful revolutionaries try to establish a
governmental system.
