6.5% according to the 2021 UK census, up from 4.9% in 2011.It may be 7% or so by now.

France was 10% Muslim five years ago. As far as I can tell France is the only large European country to have at least 10% Muslim population except for . . . . Russia.
I don't know what the proportion in European Russia is. A lot of those will be living in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Regardless, it looks
unlikely that Russia will be interested in moving Muslims out of other countries when they aren't apparently interested in doing it in their own, even ignoring their influence in Western Europe currently being at a very low ebb.
