I read an article recently that claimed UK is at 10% and France is at
20% so wiki may be understating the numbers.
 

Or people who want to stir up trouble are overstating them.

It's important to remember that Lynn will believe anything that's
politically convenient if it was true, regardless of the actual
facts.
