Yeah, you can put anything in the pleadings of a lawsuit but that seems
absurd.

Does no one take responsibility for their own actions any more? Is absolutely EVERYTHING someone else's fault and never your own?
I'm reminded of a story I heard many years ago about a young man whose parents were attractive, smart, and successful. He sued them because he was ugly, stupid, and a loser. The judge laughed him out of court.
