Years ago, I heard a joke whose punch line was "Sometimes you get the
bear but sometimes the bear gets YOU." I guess both are true in this
case....
 
No disrespect to the family of the victim who was, apparently, a very
nice guy.

 
Not nice enough that he wasn't out shooting bears for no reason. I don't
have a problem with hunting for food, but hunting for fun when the result
is a bear dying for their amusement is repulsive.

Seems like they could limit it to daylight hours as those hours will
end up having people out hunting with lights since it will still be
dark. Something that is otherwise considered illegal when hunting
other creatures.
