The difference is of course that we're talking about ILLEGALS - not
those who were admitted through the legal immigration system.

What we're really talking about is a DC law that prohibits non-citizens
from voting. Congress was voting on repealing that law. 143 Democrats
voted in favor of repealing a law that prohibits non-citizens from
voting, indicating a not insignificant faction of the Democrat Party is
actively working toward removing roadblocks from non-citizens deciding
our elections for us.
