    I'm kidding. None of that happened. Biden's comment-- almost identical to

    This is all really just my bad. I keep forgetting the rules. Apparently
  calling some jobs 'black jobs' is perfectly fine so long as you have a (D)
  after your name.

I don't know what more he said, but I know a quick cut when I see one.
