Acclaimed British actor Maggie Smith dies aged 89
-------------------------------------------------
Britain's Maggie Smith, one of the most acclaimed actors
of her generation with a career ranging from Shakespeare
to Harry Potter and Downton Abbey, has died aged 89, her
family said on Friday.

What will Harry do now without Professor McGonagall there to protect him
from Snape?
I'll watch The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie to remember her.
For me I will always remember that as her best film. For me the best
scene in that film was when she learned that her student Sandy (Pamela
Franklin) had become the mistress of her (e.g. Brodie's) boyfriend.
That look of betrayal was 'a stare for the ages'.
I seem to remember there was a thread in here several years ago about how they were able to get away with showing nudity of a young teenage girl and whether it would be considered "child porn" today.
