 I'll bet Joe still tells himself that he could have won the election and served another 4 year term when he has an occasional lucid moment. What a bullet you dodged when Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the top Dems persuaded Biden to get out of the Presidential race! Mind you, I will never understand why Biden's obvious decline didn't cause him to leave the Presidency too. I sure hope no major crisis emerges before Jan 20. The thought of Biden having to manage it is frightening.
 

That was probably edited so it seems like he's just wandering around. The original may have showed him looking at someone else, just like on the one at the european conferences back in July.
