I *think* BTR was refering to his mail-in ballot that he didn't receive
but was used and submitted by someone else.

If he wasn't and was referring to the idiot polling place person who
bitched about his red hat, that's okay too. At least the election
folks will be aware of what happened and give some better training
to others in future elections.

Nyssa, who figures that either complaint is a valid one and needs
to be brought to the attention of the people in charge
