There's an entire chunk of northeast Arizona that *does* do DST, but within
that chunk, there's another segment that *doesn't* do DST.

There's one Indian reservation entirely surrounded by another. Indian
reservations choose for themselves whether to implement Daylight time
but the Secretary of Transportation will still decree which time zone
they are in.
