How about Star Trek: TOS?
I've been rewatching those in recent weeks and the other day, I found myself squirming a bit during the Miri episode where Kirk is remarking on Miri becoming a young woman and an attractive one at that. Although Kim Darby was apparently 22 during the filming of that episode, her character was supposed to be just entering puberty....
