I was going to mention the title of the film in my original post but blanked on the name so I wrote what I wrote. But I took a minute and looked up Bruce Willis's filmography at IMDB and it turns out that the film was Last Man Standing. (For some reason, I remembered it as Jericho but it turns out that Jericho is the name of the Texas town where it is set.)
I've looked through the list of quotes from the film and didn't see it there. Perhaps it was a DIFFERENT Bruce Willis film where he said it, maybe even Die Hard.
