I don't wear a watch (haven't for many years, as pretty much EVERYTHING
that includes electronics in it these days has a visible clock) and I
just never set the clock on the microwave or electric stove in the first
place.
 

I do set the stove, it's another reference point for me to keep track of
time when I have to be somewhere, and can't see the others.

I haven't needed an alarm for work for years since I started my career
because everywhere has flex time. Plus I'm normally up well before 8AM
so I can be at work before my normal start time of 9AM. Now what I
will use the alarm for is on weekends when I want to catch an early
game since those can start at 6AM (Starcraft 2 tournaments.) Part of
the problem with having players from all over the world and
tournaments being hosted by people in different countries. China and
South Korea being the worst for sleep deprivation.
