Yup.  Trump committed fraud to save him money on taxes, and to get favorable loans.  That's called a "crime" for you "supposed lawyers".
Forgiving debt is perfectly legal.  Just ask all those rich Republicans who got their PPP loans forgiven.  They'll explain it to you in small words you can understand.
