Horrible seeing an officer execute this man in cold blood. Instead, the
cop should have contacted a social worker who could have delivered this
young scholar a housing voucher and an information packet on how to get
a free education. Shameful.

I want to know what the perp thought worth his near-certain death.

The perp has been brain-washed by 'progressive' policy and rhetoric to
believe that police are illegitimate and can be defied at will, no
matter if you're committing crime or not.

So did George Floyd. He learned how legitimate it was to be black.

Just like Walter Scott learned that 8 shots in the back was legitimate
for a broken tail light.

And Breonna Taylor found how legitimate it was to sleep in her own bed
while black.

And Philando Castille found out the 2nd Amendment doesn't apply to blacks.
Cool. Now list all the unarmed white people killed by cops nationwide
during that same time period. See which list is longer.

Percentage wise, we KNOW who gets murdered more.  You fucking more-on.
NBC News:
After all the attention the Black Lives Matter-led racial justice movement generated after George Floyd’s death in 2020, new data show that the number of Black people killed by police has actually increased over the last two years.  According to data collected by The Washington Post, police shot and killed at least 1,055 people nationwide last year, the most since the newspaper began tracking fatal shootings by officers in 2015. That is more than the 1,021 shootings in 2020 and the 999 in 2019.  Black people, who account for 13 percent of the U.S. population, accounted for 27 percent of those fatally shot and killed by police in 2021, according to Mapping Police Violence, a nonprofit group that tracks police shootings. That means Black people are twice as likely as white people to be shot and killed by police officers.
Dumb fuck.

Black people are 2.9 times more likely than white people to be killed by cops, report says
More than 1,300 people died at the hands of police in 2023, the most since the Mapping Police Violence project has kept records
Police across America killed a record 1,329 people in 2023, and Black people were nearly three times more likely to be slain than whites, according to the Mapping Police Violence project.
