Why?
I find it mostly inoffensive. It seems OK. I can see why some viewers
like it.
It's relentlessly mediocre.
I find it less "mediocre" than a lot of stuff, like the NCIS's, L&O's
and the FBI shows.

I don't have much of a problem with the accent since Atlanta has been
a melting pot of accents for years. At least he is consistent with it.
