 This is a democracy. The franchise belongs to me. Well, not unless I
lived in a swing state. If I did, and I supported a third-party
candidate or just hated both main party candidates so much that I'd vote
third party just to spite both of them, then I would do that very thing.
 My vote is my vote. It does not belong to any candidate.
 

Of course, I was just replying in kind. Let's say 'appeals' to certain voters, rather than 'steal' votes.
