The Devil's Advocate (blu-ray) 1997 movie starring Keanu Reeves as a
hotshot lawyer from Florida who is hired by a New York City law firm run
by Al Pacino (who turns out to be the devil) to run their new criminal
law division.  Charlize Theron also stars as Keanu's wife.  Great movie.
 I listed with a really good director's commentary.

Pacino is loads and loads of fun in this, and at his age, got some sex
scenes with hot (literally!) women a whole lot younger than him. Keanu
was in this? Who noticed him?

Fallen (blu-ray) 1998 movie starring Denzel Washington as a detective
investigating what he thinks is a copy cat serial killer but turns out
to be an evil fallen angel that can posses people.  This is a great
movie with a great cast including, John Goodman, Donald Sutherland, and
James Gandolfini.  It is a must watch if you've never seen it before.

John Goodman is fantastic. Denzel turns in his usual fine performance
but the movie simply would not work without Goodman.
