I wouldn't call her an innocent. It was her job to make sure no live
ammo was on set. Period.

 
Baldwin was her boss and responsible for her actions.
Baldwin pointed a gun at two people, pulled the trigger, shot one of them
dead, and continues to lie about it.

 
I heard that Baldwin's lawyers are begging him to take a plea deal while
he has the chance.
