From what I've read, she pretty much vetoes everything the legislature
sends to her desk. She holds the record for most vetoes by a governor in
Arizona history. I'm assuming it's a political thing-- the legislature
is full of Republicans, she's a Democrat, so she just rejects everything
they do.
