   Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has secured a temporary restraining
   order from a federal judge that prevents an unlawful rule promulgated
   by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives ("ATF")
   from taking effect while the case is litigated.
