A revealing - and frightening - discussion between Jordan Peterson and
an opponent of MAID here in Canada.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YYxOfwrsrU [12 minutes]

If you're imagining that MAID means you get an injection or pill that
just makes you fall gently asleep and never wake up again, you've got a
lot to learn. Apparently, it involves being given a paralytic and then
spending 20 minutes to 24 hours drowning - without being able to move!
- before you actually die.

And THIS is what our government is doing for us. Well, not really
"for us" so much as "to us". Why? Very simple: it saves them money.
PERIOD. They frame it MAID in terms of compassion and empathy but it's
all about the dollars.
