I didn't watch the video but did see this keep coming up in my feed on
Youtube. It was an amazingly stupid thing to do. It's no wonder it
shocked the judge as no judge is going to expect a defendant to be
that bold. A zoom call where the guy could have at least pulled over
before getting on the call.
