spread yesterday as Disney stock closed at $100.88 a share. It appears
that Peltz has given up on any hope that Disney will become a for-profit
company again, a bad sign for those who thought Disney was going to rally
following Iger's victory in the stock proxy battle for board seats.  Is
all hope gone for Disney?  And how many investors will follow Nelson
