Palestinian rights group get Michael Rapaport club performance cancelled

U.S. Palestinian Community Network organized with other activists to
cancel a Michael Rapaport performance in Batavia, Illinois. Rapaport has
spoken in favor of Israel since the October 7 attacks by Hamas from
Gaza.

The venue claimed there were violent threats against its staff and
Rapaport, so out of "good conscience", they cancelled the performance.

I must have missed when it became a matter of good conscience to accede
to threats.

However, when the newspaper tried to confirm the threats, police would
not confirm that there were threats of violence, just threats of
protest.

Rapaport's shows have been cancelled at other venues elsewhere.
