I assume we're both talking about the Cuban electrical grid, which is down throughout the WHOLE COUNTRY. That's why I proposed that disgruntled Democrats go there. They could be in a country whose ideology is closer to their own AND help the Cubans restore their electrical grid, assuming that at least some of the people who want to leave are electrical engineers.

Much like it is in Texas...
