That isn't a surprise as they were all hand picked Trump fans. They
each had to practice going through the line multiple times before
Trump arrived. So the Trump people knew these 'customers' were going
to be happy to see Trump.  A normal mix of customers would have given
a more varied set of reactions to having Trump hand out food.
 

You know that for a fact they were screened to ensure their enthusiasm
for Trump? Or is that just speculation?

3. One of the reports I saw showed the HUGE mob of people that was
waiting on the sidewalks in the blocks adjacent to the restaurant.

McDonald's in the hopes of being served by him and possibly chatting

Yeah, the store even had a sign posted that it would be closed that
day for a Trump event so I'm sure the people in the area knew that
Trump was coming ahead of time.
