Other armies, like Russia and China, must be laughing themselves silly

And, of course, Whoopi resurrected the evidence-free accusation that Tulsi
Gabbard is a Russian spy. Literally zero evidence to back it up but
because Hillary Clinton said it, it must be true. Picture this: Hillary
tells you something and you're a journalist. Do you assume it's true or
