Well, there are plenty of businesses over the last half-decade or so that have
refused to serve people in red ballcaps, and y'all argued that was perfectly
legal and appropriate. Just like everything else, you never expected to have
your own tactics turned against you, you shrieking wildebeest.
Isn't that just the law. Politics aside any business has the right to
refuse to serve someone for any non-protected reason. That said it's
also okay for anyone, including Goldberg, to complain if a business
refuses them service.
The 69-year-old comedian shared her thoughts during Wednesday's episode of
the daytime talk show. When Goldberg presented the other panelists with one
of her favorite desserts, Charlotte Russe, she mentioned having a hard time
getting the creamy sponge cake dessert from a Staten Island bakery, also
explaining that she had asked for this dessert because it was one of her
mother's favorites.
"Now, I should tell you, Charlotte Russe has no political leanings, and the
place that made these refused to make them for me," Goldberg said, eliciting
a gasp from the audience.
She added that the reason for refusing service "can't be because I'm a woman"
and then speculated that "perhaps they did not like my politics".
The actress refused to name the bakery, but Entertainment Weekly reported the
desserts came from Holtermann's Baker on Staten Island. The owner, Jill
Holtermann, told the outlet that her refusing the order had nothing to do
with political affiliations. She said the bakery was having trouble with
[the] boilers.

So basically another evidence-free accusation from this lumbering whale, just
like the "Gabbard is a Russian spy" nonsense.
It worked. It's got you and me and many others talking about which
will help drive viewer ship. Which is the end goal for anyone in
Goldberg's position.
And she wonders why people don't want to have anything to do with her.

Yet apparently enough keep watching that she is still on TV.
