Well, there are plenty of businesses over the last half-decade or so that have refused to serve people in red ballcaps, and y'all argued that was perfectly legal and appropriate. Just like everything else, you never expected to have your own tactics turned against you, you shrieking wildebeest.
Isn't that just the law. Politics aside any business has the right to
refuse to serve someone for any non-protected reason.
Thanks to the "Politically Correctness" nonsense, there's no such things as a "non-protected reason" these days. :-\
That said it's also okay for anyone, including Goldberg, to complain if a business refuses them service.
Basically Goldberg complained, the bakery responded ... it's up to the individual person which side they want to believe, but given Goldberg's track history of weirdo-ness, any sane people would likely go with the bakery.
