Apparently, I have access to all these channels, which makes it amazing I
can’t find anything to watch. It would be nice if there was some online
version of the program guide.
Titan TV has one available
Create an account if you don't have. Choose the Cog icon to create
your channel grid. Choose Streaming and then you have a choice. In my
case it was DirecTV National Grid or DirecTV Atlanta Grid. So you
would like get two choices too, one for national and the other for
Phoenix. Then go back to the grid and you'll get a complete grid
showing all the channels and the shows currently airing or you can
look forward up to two weeks.
Looks like ch 364 Inspiration has a Gunsmoke marathon going on if you
want Westerns. (Yes, I even set up a Phoenix/Prescott channel grid to
see what DirecTV had available. I'm bored this morning.)
I've long been a fan of Titan TV when looking for what is airing
locally or on the streaming channels.

At the hospital, they got the aspect ratio 100% wrong 100% of the time.
At least they were consistent. So if they ever get it right it will be
right for all the channels. Now to keep yourself busy while in there
(hopefully not too long) try to find the person responsible for those
settings (likely impossible unless you get friendly with the other
staff like the janitorial) and get them to change the settings.
