No, it is not.
In fact, there were about 10M fewer Democrat voters this time.
Not to mention that one of the two US political parties is fighting to _stop_
use of the advanced technologies for voting, wanting to force it
back to hand marked paper ballots that can only be counted by hand.
Wrong. They're bubble sheets that are counted by machine but can be done
by hand if something goes wrong (not to mention, leaves a physical audit
trail).
