The problem isn't vote by mail. Your state does something stupid by
mailing out unrequested blank ballots which is a security risk. My state
has never done that. We have mailed out unrequested applications for ballot.
Absentee voting should only be initiated by the voter, but voting by mail
is so riddled with corruption that most countries won't do it and the 2020
Election Comission echoed the sentiment.
