The quality of the earlier movies was significantly better with the
original production team versus Selleck taking over production and
directing a couple of them. I'll watch it but I don't have much hope
it'll capture the magic. The dog will have to be recast.

that should be the pilot and the origin of Jesse Stone. So watch them two,
