I'm sensing a pattern here...
Nyssa, who didn't watch anything either

I watched:
Star Trek: Lower Decks (Paramount+) - "Upper Decks" - It turns out that the captain, first officer, chief medical officer, chief engineer, etc. can also have wild adventures.  SO the premise of this episode is the lower decks team finding it hard to believe that the bridge crew also has wild adventures.  This makes no sense because every other episode has the lower decks team complaining they don't get to go on the wild adventures the bridge crew goes on.  But whatever, it was an OK episode.
Creature Commandos (HBOMax) "The Collywobbles" and "The Tourmaline Necklace" - First two episode of a new DC Universe animated series from James Gunn.  An important thing to mention about this new series is it is set in the new DCU universe.  The new DC universe will be consistent across live action and animated, with the same actors being used for both universes.  Even though this show is animated, it is in continuity with what is to come, and it begins the explanation as to how what is to come is in partial continuity with what came before.
Amanda Waller (Viola Davis reprising the role from the live action movies and "Peacemaker") has been ordered by Congress to stop using humans.  So she decides to use nonhumans for her latest squad.  She brings in Rick Flag Sr. (Frank Grillo who will be playing the part in live action too) to lead a new team.  This is definitely in continuity with the Suicide Squad movie and Peacemaker TV series, except for the Justice League has not been formed yet.  So they are picking and choosing which bits of continuity to keep and which to get rid of.  His new team which includes The Bride of Frankenstein, G.I. Robot, and others head to a small European country to protect them from invasion. What follows is R-rated sex and violence.
Silo (AppleTV+) - "The Harmonium" - This one split the focus between Juliette at Silo 18 being annoyed by Solo while trying to gear up for a return home.  Her being annoyed with the guy really rubbed me the wrong way.  Sure he's a little weird, he's been locked alone (or probably not) in a Silo for most of his life.  But he's also just trying to connect with another human being, and telling her all sorts of stuff about the world she never knew.  Meanwhile back at the main Silo things are getting tense and both sides prepare for war in secret while in public negotiating a truce.  This was another good one.
Werewolves (theatrical) New action horror movie starring Frank Grillo as a tough guy, ex soldier, who has to protect his sister-in-law and niece from werewolves.  This is set in a world where a year earlier for reasons no one can explain other than saying "supermoon" caused 1 billion people to suddenly turn into killer werewolves for the night. Now one year later everyone is preparing for it to happen again like "The Purge."  This movie was a huge disappointment.  The trailer looked cool, showing Grillol with a machine gun laying waste to werewolves. But the actual movie just reeks of low budget, and not in a good way.  I wasn't expecting much, just hundreds of werewolves vs. modern military weapons, but they managed to botch that.  There are just plot inconsistencies, that you might be able to ignore if you turn your brain off, but you shouldn't *have* to turn your brain off.  These dumb plot holes shouldn't have been in a movie.  Keep it simple, just have Grillo with large caliber weapons shooting werewolves.  That's not hard is it?
