 This sort of thing worries me as Canadian law is based on the British
legal system and in the event Justin T gets re-elected (unlikely - the
last time a sitting prime minister won a 4th term was pre-WW2) this is
the kind of thing he might consider.

Such judgements are always subjective, but I'd think that, while "stupid motherfucker" might skate nowadays, "stupid kike" might well not.
