I mean she wasn't a licensed psychologist, a point that her ungrateful psychology major-college student sister kept harping on. IOW, she was giving solicited advice, without a psych license!! [horrors!]
Sidenote: Taylor Castro has a noticeable speech... impediment(?) (or accent?) that is impossible to ignore in every role she plays.
