 Wow.. He's been gone so long I assumed he had given up on the show.
Though I would guess this is just a guest role and after looking at
the article that does seem to be the case.

I am now three seasons behind on this revival - I'm probably never seeing it now. [shrug]

Well, cable TV (which this effectively is) is basically unsustainable now, as they continue jacking up prices (blame the "content providers") for less and less content.
Exactly the same thing is happening with streaming, it's just that cable is further along the "doom curve" than streaming is.
