Your President-elect forcibly finger fucked her. Explain *that* fact.
Trump was not convicted of rape. ABC said he was. They lied.
End of story.
In other jurisdictions it's considered rape/
But he wasn't in other jurisdictions.
The harm to Donald Trump wws nominal. not $15 million worth. Whether
the bad act the jury was convinced Trump had committed was misstated to
be the criminal code definition of "rape" rather than "sexual assault"
is defamatory harm on a level of calling a criminal a "kidnapper" when
in fact the crime met the definition of "unlawful detention" instead.
Let's look at the $15 million for what it really is: A payment in
tribute to Trump so he doesn't push Congress to amend the Telecon Act so
that ABC is required to pay full value on all those broadcast licenses
and cable is no longer subject to "must carry or recipricol
compensation", which is how all those unwatched satellite channels get
bundled with broadcast tv to the detriment of cable subscribers.
Let's stop kidding ourselves here.
