Oliver! (4K disc) 1968 musical about a young Orphan who is living a hard
knock life.  The plot involves a locket that reveals the truth about the
orphan's parentage.  By the end of the movie, after the orphan's life is
placed in danger by a criminal, the orphan winds up living the good life
with rich people.
I hate this musical. I dn't think I like any of the songs. It's one of
the earliest movies I recall attending in first run as a child. The
Scrooge in hell scene freaked me out.
I love this movie and the songs.  Ever since I was a child I've enjoyed watching it.  The only song I don't care much for is "As Long as he needs me." There are no scenes set in hell or dream sequences.  Are you sure we're talking about the same movie?  Or was there an in hell scene that was cut?
