 I swear to god, these 'progressive' Democrats in charge of the place are
 actively trying to destroy the city. I mean, if it was your goal to destroy

The cover was under repair, not the reservoir. A job that should have taken
two weeks at most, yet the reservoir was empty for at least 11 months.

Without the cover, the water isn't certified for drinking, but it sure as hell
can still put a fire out.
