 That of course is obvious to anyone with more than one braincell because most illegal immigrants would purposely want to draw as little attention as possible so they aren't found out and sent back.

It does seem to be a no- (or one-cell) brainer.  Yet few anti-immigrant proponents seem openly willing to admit to protectionist concerns (...which, hell, could be valid for all I know).  Instead, we're shown a blight of loathsome night-crawlers being purged from America's linen.
