Hey, thanks for asking!
Not much, just bits and pieces of this and that as I tried (and ultimately
failed) to get my Cox cable service to show up on the iPad.

Both Comcast and Spectrum have "apps" that should allow you to "stream"
cable TV (though you have to have already set up an account with them on
their websites). In fact, that is how I watch "cable TV" on my bedroom
TV because I didn't get a second cable box for that TV - I use the
Spectrum app on my Apple TV.
