Babylon 5: The Gathering (blu-ray) 1998 pilot movie for the TV series.
About half the cast from the series is in this and the other half will
get replaced.  The plot follows everyone awaiting the arrival of the

No.  And *why* did I instantly know he's the actor who plays Morden?

 Colorful henchmen are memorable, and he was terrifically evil.
 I don't understand why he never had a decent career after getting killed
off on this show.

I can't tell you how many actors and actresses I've felt that way about over the years. Probably a majority of the actors who catch my eye never have significant careers, or get stuck on soaps never to escape. It baffles me...

Always cracked me up listening to him interacting with other actors from
the show on the commentary track. Didn't he just try to murder them, or
manipulate them into starting a war?
