About half the cast from the series is in this and the other half will
get replaced. The plot follows everyone awaiting the arrival of the
mysterious Ambassador Kosh. Kosh is poisoned upon his arrival and the
episode focuses on figuring out who poisoned him and why, while also
keeping the Ambassador's people from blowing the station up in
retaliation. It was an OK pilot, but it was weird seeing G'Kar played
as a mustache twirling villain.I forgot to mention: Did you spot Ed Wasser in a minor role on the
command deck? No. And *why* did I instantly know he's the actor who plays Morden?
Colorful henchmen are memorable, and he was terrifically evil.
I don't understand why he never had a decent career after getting killed
off on this show.
I can't tell you how many actors and actresses I've felt that way about
over the years. Probably a majority of the actors who catch my eye never
have significant careers, or get stuck on soaps never to escape. It
baffles me...
Always cracked me up listening to him interacting with other actors from>
the show on the commentary track. Didn't he just try to murder them, or
manipulate them into starting a war?
